Thank you for visiting our website. We are offering you the freshest Flowers available to us. We purchase most of our flowers directly from the growers, so we get flowers that are directly shipped to us from the farms. We promise that our flowers will last you at least 5 days or more, some as much as 14 days, depending on the condition you, the customer will keep them in. Most of our customers tell us that their flowers lasted almost 2 weeks, but those customers are well educated that Flowers like a cool environment, temperatures below or around 70 degrees are preferred. Flowers, as like any living thing, love fresh water daily, this will keep them blooming a little longer. If you feed them the right flower food, the will be as pretty as they can be. So, we encourage all of our customers to cut the stems every 2 -3 days and to give fresh water daily. 

If you order anything in a container other than a glass vase or a basket, please call us to make sure that we have the container available. If you order a specialty container arrangement and we do not receive a phone call from you to verify that we have to container, we reserve the right to make changes to a similar container or a regular glass vase.

If you order any Tropical Flowers or Orchids, please call us to verify that we have those flowers available. We do not carry Tropical’s on a daily basis, neither does our local warehouse. We can order them to be delivered to us from the grower directly most of the time within 1 weeks time.

Any Plants or Dishgardens that you order are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change the type of Plant to a similar Plant i.e. Green Plant for another green Plant of same value, blooming Plants for another blooming Plant of the same value
