Wedding Policy
It is our desire that your special day be as beautiful and memorable as possible. Your wedding flowers are the final exquisite touch and we will work closely with you to have everything exactly as you’ve dreamed. We have found it is helpful for all concerned to have a clear understanding of our policies.
Please make an appointment for your initial conference so that our wedding consultant can give you individual attention. Also, note that a price estimate from us does not guarantee a particular date. Price estimates are valid for 30 days. Your wedding is booked on our calendar when we receive your deposit. We must limit the number of weddings per weekend in order to give each on the care it deserves.
Payments must be in cash or money order. A non refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to hold the date, this deposit will be applied towards the total amount of the service rendered. 25% of the remaining balance is required when contract is being signed within 5 days of reserving the Wedding Date. This deposit is refundable if the contract is cancelled within 5 days of signing. This is required for confirmation of Wedding Date and to order the products needed to fulfill the wishes of the bride and her wedding party. Deposit is non-refundable after 5 days of contract signing. A final free consultation at the Flower Shop Location will be scheduled about 20 days prior to wedding date. 75% of the remaining balance is due no later than 20 days before the wedding day. Any remaining balance is then due 1 day before the wedding.
First Consultation is free, other additional consultations are available by appointment for a $25.00 fee, and the first site inspection is free, any additional site inspections are available by appointment for a $50.00 fee, payable at time of service.
Cancellations: We understand this is a custom order and understand if payment is not made in full by final consultation, which is the day before the wedding, this contract is canceled and all payments are forfeited. Contract cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to wedding date will receive no refund. There are no refunds for cancellations of individual items after
Where specific varieties of flowers have been defined, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equivalent value, with your approval, whenever market conditions affect integrity of the proposed design or color scheme. We cannot guarantee that certain flowers will be available.If you request a certain color of a flower, we will make every effort to obtain that color, but because Flowers are a product of nature, some colors do no grow as they were intended when they were bred by the original designer or breeder. We will advise you as soon as we have confirmation from the grower if the requested flower is available.
